For all “Private Label” tours and groups of 10+, pick up and drop off is included at ANY San Antonio area hotel, resort, rental, or local residence.

For guests visiting San Antonio:

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are included at all downtown/riverwalk hotels and rentals (Airbnb/VRBO), and at select area resorts. Please call for details.

For locals and out-of-range rentals:

Locals and guests staying at out-of-range rentals will receive a $10 discount per person when meeting us at one of the following pick-up locations for your wine tour:

Crossroads Via Park & Ride (NW San Antonio): 151 N Crossroads Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78201

We specialize in small group tours and limit our tours to around 10 guests. Smaller reservations may be combined with others to reach capacity. There is no minimum for any of our tours and we will never cancel due to the size of your reservation.

Large group tours for 10-50 people are also available. Please call 210-488-6867 for customized itinerary information and details.

For all tours: Reservations changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours of your scheduled tour. Any late changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled tour are subject to a $25 charge per person with the card on file.

For private tours: Reservations changes and cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to your scheduled tour. Any late changes or cancellations made within 7 days of your tour date are subject to a $50 charge per person with the card on file.

Advanced reservations are required for all tours, preferably at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your desired tour. A credit card is required at the time of reservation, however, no charges hold, or deposits are required. All guests have the option to pay individually at the end of your tour directly with your tour guide. ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: cash, VISA, MC, Amex, or Discover.

Comfortably travel through the Texas Hill Country in either one of our SUVs or 15-passenger tour vans. Your tour vehicle will depend on the overall size of the tour group.

Eat a hearty breakfast! We start our wine tastings early, and a solid breakfast will help to ensure that everyone has a fun outing.

Drink responsibly. All tours include the tasting flight at each winery, and each tasting is paced to ensure that alcohol consumption is not too overwhelming. Additional wine beyond our paced tastings may be too much for some guests, and each winery has the right to refuse service if they feel someone is intoxicated. No refunds or discounts will be offered to guests that are refused service by a winery.

In the event, that someone has had too much to drink, and a mess is made in any of our vehicles, your reservation will be subject to a $100 clean-up fee with the card on file.

Plan on learning new things along the way. Our small group tours are not just “booze cruises” but rather, fun, educational day trips that introduce you to some of our favorite wines and wineries along the way. Arrive at your tour ready to have fun and feel free to ask questions throughout the day. Our goal is for everyone to have a great time and leave knowing more about Texas wine.
