CAPACITY & GROUPS

Our tour vans have a maximum capacity of 14 guests. Smaller parties may be combined to fill tours if necessary, however there is no minimum size for any reservation. No matter how small your reservation, we will NEVER cancel due to size.

TRANSPORTATION

We specialize in smaller group tours, therefore depending on overall tour size, we will be traveling in either our
8-passenger SUV or 15-passenger tour van


Hill Country Wine/Brewery/Distillery tours:

For guests visiting San Antonio, all tours include hotel pick up and drop off from ALL hotels within the
San Antonio city Limits.


Local Tours & Food/Historic Tours

All walking tours will meet and begin in Alamo Plaza.

For the 1851 Breakfast/Vineyard Tour and the Alamo City Ale Tour, hotel pick up and drop off is limited to guests ONLY staying within the Downtown/Riverwalk area.


San Antonio Residents:

Pick up and Drop off is included for all San Antonio residents that live INSIDE Loop 410. For all other San Antonio residents, please call 210.488.6867 to inquire and/or coordinate a local pick up for your tour. Discounts are offered to local San Antonio residents that meet us in a central pick up location; please call for details.

 

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

All reservations are handled over the phone; please call us at 210.488.6867 to book your reservation today.
To ensure your preferred tour, we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible, as space is limited.

A credit card is required at the time of reservation to hold your space for all tours, however no charges,
holds, or deposits are ever made. Guests have the option of paying separately and will handle payment
with their tour guide on the day of the tour.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover

 

CANCELLATIONS

General Reservations:

Reservations may be canceled up to 48hs PRIOR to your scheduled tour with no penalty charges. All cancellations made within 48hs of your scheduled tour are subject to a $25 charge per person with the credit card on file.

Private Reservations & Large Group tours:

Reservations may be canceled up to 7 days PRIOR to your scheduled tour with no penalty charges. A final guest count of all large group tours is also required 7 days PRIOR to you scheduled tour. Any cancellation made within 7 days of your scheduled tour are subject to a $50 charge per person with the credit card on file.

 

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

Texas law prohibits the consumption of alcohol in our tour vehicles while in motion. Each establishment has the right to refuse service if public intoxication is suspect. For the safety of all of our guests, remember to drink responsibly. Since we will be enjoying libations on the tour, it is advised to eat a hearty breakfast before your reservation.
